COVID-19 Update
In light of recent COVID-19 developments, we would like to update you on the additional precautions we are taking to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our patients and team.
As an Accredited Dental Practice, we adhere to best practice infection control procedures; in addition, we are taking these steps to help prevent transmission of COVID-19 in our practice.
- Screening patients through phone confirmation of appointments for overseas travel, fever, cold or flu-like symptoms
- Rescheduling patients for at least a period of 1 month who identify with signs and symptoms for fever, cold or flu-like symptoms
- Continue monitoring additional government directives and implementing as advised
Again, we would like to assure you we are upholding our usual high safety and infection control standards and these are additional infection control measures as outlined by the World Health Organisation.
Please delay non-urgent dental treatment if you have travelled overseas or have signs and symptoms of fever, cold or flu-like symptoms. If you have symptoms, please seek medical care.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our health, safety and hygiene practices and procedures or for the latest advice, information and resources, please visit www.health.gov.au.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unexpected and uncertain time.
